Gillaine embarked on her insurance career in 2011 after a successful two-decade career as a piano teacher due to a change in her milestone. Joining Income, she quickly excelled, becoming a Principal Client Advisor and team manager within six years.

Seeking greater fulfillment, Gillaine transitioned to Manulife Financial Advisers in 2017, drawn to the FA model.

Since then, Gillaine has achieved significant success, earning three MDRTs, three COTs, and an illustrious TOT.
She is currently focused on mentorship, collaboration, and a client-centric approach in her team building that is poised for continued growth and achievement.
